Integrating the use of eye tracking with the Task Analysis method, UX has been tested on various types of end users. The client wanted to verify:

Information accessibility and clarity
Access points visibility and clarity
Effective and consistent semantics of the Labeling System
User-friendly tools for the simulation of the product quote and purchase
Visual and interactive behavior analysis (mouse click, times and visit pathways, drop out rate…) allowed us to outline attention allocation, to recognize functional and non-functional elements in the creation of a reassuring, effective and pleasant user experience.
