SR Labs has established numerous partnerships with local health organizations and associations. A cooperative relationship with these institutions is essential in order to facilitate and assist users, which is why we are committed to building institutions as clearly and transparently as possible, insofar as regards the users of our services.

Throughout all of these various institutions, SR LABS is able to conduct assessments regarding patient interaction with the proposed electronic aids. At the same time, an evaluation is carried out by the same specialist who performed the tests. Following this, local health officials (or a similar agency) handle all of the bureaucratic red tape towards the end of obtainment of the product, tailoring it to the patient’s specific needs. The objective is the optimization and speeding up of the process whilst keeping users up to date about the facts of what is happening.

SR LABS offers free advice and training to agencies that provide services to the handicapped. Personnel and equipment are also available to Ausilioteche, Centri per l’Autonomia, GLIC, Laboratori Zonali, and SIVA in order to support the work of identification and evaluation of principles eligible to their clients.

Installation, training and technical support for remote users are held directly by SR LABS on behalf of the institutions concerned. These operations, in fact, require the preparation and experience that only SR LABS has gained over time.
